BODYWAR is a great gym alternative and taking your training out in the great outdoors is not only invigorating but it also allows for training sessions to be varied by using the natural elements to constantly challenge the body.
BODYWAR Outdoor Group Fitness began with a vision to help those in the Macarthur area get fit & healthy! The goal was to provide an affordable but unbelievable Outdoor Group Fitness experience that gets clients results.

“6 years ago I was overweight, I had high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. I tried the gym but didn’t go very often and whilst I wasn’t getting any worse thanks to 7 tablets a day, I wasn’t improving either. Then I joined BODYWAR and thanks to the great trainers, lots of variety and a great bunch of clients I managed to maintain regular exercise and improved my health. After 3 years I was off all cholesterol and diabetes medication and I had run the city to surf in 70 min.
Since then I have had some injury problems but thanks to the encouragement of my trainers was able to keep training and motivated. In September I run my second half marathon. I’ve made life long friends through BODYWAR and witnessed some amazing fitness turnarounds in people of all ages, shapes and sizes. If you need to improve your fitness or health or you have trouble staying motivated then give BODYWAR a go I can’t recommend them highly enough!”.

The atmosphere at each session is just awesome. “I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tan, Johnny and the girls for the past year or so. I noticed the transition with my before and after photos and you don’t realise how far you have come until you see them. My BODYWAR experience has really changed my life and I don’t think it would have happened without the motivation from you guys.
All of the BODYWAR clients are hugely motivated and have in some way helped to push me along in each session. I personally think that this comes down to the trainers providing the right environment for all of us to want to do the best we can.
